Rufaida Mobile Application (m-Health):

Rufaida Systems HDN BHD has designed and develop a system to establish connectivity interface between Patient, Hospital/Clinics, Physicians and Pharmacist through Mobile Application named m-Health App. System has been developed using Android and IOS Platform. Mobile App m-Health is fully integrated with the HIS running in the Clinic/Hospital.

Patient Perspective:

Rufaida m-Health App is available in the Android/IOS App Store which can be downloaded and Installed by using system guided installation and sign-up process in any Android/IOS smart phones/tab. System verifies the identity of the user by sending the security code through SMS to his/her mobile.

Rufaida m-Health allows the Patient to Register himself using the Rufaida m-Health App and guide the Patient to fill the mandatory fields. Once registered, system generates unique Patient Number allows the patient which is usable throughout the application to take OPD Appointments, registered his Arrival against OPD Appointment, reschedule and cancel Appointments based on the access given to the Patient by the running HIS Admin of the Clinic/Hospital. System allows the user to print patient prescription, Lab report and Radiology report. Besides, Patient can Apply, Track and Print sick leave using the mobile app. The patient can download the report in his/her mobile devices for Off Line use.

Rufaida m-Health App allows the Patient to Track his/her prescription and can gets medication from the nearest pharmacy. System capable to generate medication consumption schedule based on the prescription and generate audio-visual alert to the Patient.

Physician Perspective:

Rufaida m-Health App allows the Physician to Prescribe/Stop Prescribed medication, Generate Lab and Radiology Request for which the patient gets notified by the system.

Pharmacist Perspective:

Rufaida m-Health allows the Pharmacist to dispense prescribe medication.
